it's the ironic & controversial rhapsody of an ambiguous bert

As promised to my TEMP employer cum fellow monkey tee wearer (haha cannot use the other word here otherwise people would think I'm not SINGLE and AVAILABLE), dear dear huiting, I'm here to teach her how to get to GRAND PLAZA PARK ROYAL without getting lost in the city. Literally, the city.

P.S. I wanted to draw a map out but after experimenting for the whole night, I have to admit that I was stumped by Paint. Therefore, ERNIE!! Please quickly book out, we need you!!

Steps to take in order for our dear sotong girl to reach the hotel in 1 piece:

1. Upon stepping out from the barrier of City Hall MRT station, turn left and continue walking until you reach the escalator to exit the station. It's the one that will bring you to St. Andrew's Cathedral.

2. Walk a bit bit and cross the road towards Capitol Building. Although none of us actually know it's called the Capitol Building (I only know because that is what it says on the map). You should see shops like Long John Silvers, Breadtalk & Sakura. If you see those shops, yes you should JAY-WALK across the road, but if you get caught, then please do not come and claim the $20 fine from me.

3. Walk towards the direction of Funan, along the way you should pass by shops like 7-11, Old Chang Kee and money changers.

4. When you reach the traffic junction that will bring you to Funan if you cross it, stop and do not cross. Turn right immediately and walk straight. Keep walking and you will find Grand Plaza Park Royal.

5. If however you are still lost in the city (literally the city), please call 1800-help-albert. Take note, it's a 1800 number, not 1900, do not call the NKF by mistake.
